2. The management accents no liabilities for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other service providers and cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belongings, illness, injuries or loss of life resulting from activities beyond our control.
3. There would be no refund for "No Show" or cancellation.

5. 40% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of reservation, balance to be paid 2 weeks before arrival.
